Since 2008 I have been teaching an upper level course in Environmental Law and Policy at Historic St. Mary’s College of  Maryland. St. Mary’s is the State’s only honors college. My students learn how to brief legal cases, and they debate major policy questions related to how the environment is treated within our system of laws and social values.
